The role
Every White Label brand runs under our licence. You will make sure that licence stays in good standing and lead our applications for new ones.
What you will do
- Act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer and own our AML and KYC policies
- Maintain our gaming licence and lead applications for additional licences
- Set responsible gaming standards for every partner brand
- Run partner due diligence before each launch
- Train the team and report to regulators and the board
What you bring
- 6+ years in gaming or financial services compliance
- Experience as MLRO, deputy MLRO or in a senior AML role
- Hands-on experience with gaming licence applications or renewals
- Sound judgement and the confidence to say no
Nice to have
- Experience with offshore and European gaming jurisdictions
- Knowledge of Latin American or African gambling regulation
- ICA or similar AML certification

- Review and update our AML, KYC and responsible gaming policies
- Build the partner due diligence checklist used for every launch
- Plan our next licence application
