Terms of Use
In short. This website describes our software and services to businesses. It is information, not an offer. Our services are only provided under a separate signed agreement, and what is in that agreement is what counts.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use secancy.com (the "website"), book a demo or contact us through it. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that company. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They form part of these terms.
2. Who we are
The website is operated by Secancy ("we", "us" or "our"), Victory House, 205 Archbishop Makarios III Avenue, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus. You can contact us at sales@secancy.com. Our company details are at the end of these terms.
3. Business use only
Secancy is a business to business technology provider. The website is for businesses and their representatives who want to learn about our platform and services. It does not offer gambling, and no bets, wagers or payments can be made on it. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
4. Information on this website
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but its content is general information about our business. In particular:
- Product screens are concept designs. Images of our console, tools and games illustrate how our products work. Names, figures and data shown in them are examples. The final products may look and work differently.
- Our offer is evolving. Some products, features, games, integrations and markets described on the website are in development or planned. We confirm what is available to you, and when, in writing before you sign.
- Figures are indicative. Numbers such as game counts, providers, payment methods, launch times and response times describe what we typically offer or aim for. They are not guarantees and can change.
- Examples are illustrative. Names of operators, players, matches and brands in examples and mockups are used for illustration only.
Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty or a binding commitment. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement's terms apply to the services.
5. Demos, proposals and quotes
Booking a demo is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We may reschedule or decline a demo or enquiry, for example if the request is outside our target markets or does not appear to come from a genuine business.
Proposals and quotes we send after a demo are valid for the period stated in them, or 30 days if none is stated. They depend on due diligence, including know your customer and anti-money laundering checks, and on a signed agreement.
6. Licensing and regulation
Online gambling is regulated differently in every country. Whether our services can be used in a market depends on the law there and on the licences you and we hold. Information on the website about licensing, markets or regulation is general and is not legal advice. You are responsible for getting your own legal advice and for complying with the law in every market where you operate.
We do not provide services to businesses in markets where that would be unlawful, or to anyone subject to applicable sanctions.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, designs, product screens, game artwork, software, logos and the Secancy name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and print or save pages for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify or create works based on our content, use our name or logo, or suggest an endorsement or partnership, without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- break any law or use the website for a fraudulent or harmful purpose
- submit false, misleading or someone else's details through our forms
- send spam, malicious code or unlawful content
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or our providers' systems
- interfere with the website's operation, security or spam protection
- scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website in bulk, including with automated tools, without our written permission
- use the website's content to train or improve machine learning models without our written permission
We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these terms.
9. What you share with us
Please do not send us confidential information through the website or by email before we have signed a confidentiality agreement. Until then, we cannot treat information you send as confidential, although we will always handle personal data as our Privacy Policy describes.
If you give us ideas, comments or suggestions about our products, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
10. Other websites and services
The website links to other websites and uses third-party services, such as Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection and Resend for email. We are not responsible for other websites' content, availability or practices. Links do not mean we endorse them.
11. Our liability
The website is provided free of charge "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions about the website that are not set out in these terms.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Our total liability to you in connection with the website is limited to GBP 100.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or the website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property or confidential information in any court with jurisdiction.
13. General
- Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you use the website applies.
- Severability. If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company in our group or to a successor business.
